Bumpology was created to offer calm, non-diagnostic pregnancy ultrasound scans in a setting that feels reassuring, professional, and thoughtful. Our aim is simple: to support expectant parents with clarity, reassurance, and moments of connection throughout pregnancy, alongside their NHS maternity care.

Behind Bumpology is over nine years of experience running The Phlebotomy Centre, a trusted healthcare service providing blood testing and clinical support to individuals, clinics, and organisations across the UK. Through this work, we have supported thousands of patients, built strong clinical partnerships, and developed services rooted in safety, quality, and patient experience.

As our services grew, we launched BookABloodTest.com, an online platform designed to make accessing blood testing simpler, more transparent, and easier to manage for both patients and healthcare professionals. This step reinforced our commitment to combining care with accessible, well-designed systems that put patients first.

Bumpology is a natural extension of this journey. Drawing on our healthcare background and understanding of patient needs, we have created a pregnancy scanning service that is clear in its purpose, non-diagnostic by design, and focused on reassurance rather than results.

All Bumpology scans are intended to complement, not replace, NHS antenatal care. We work within clear boundaries, prioritising safety, transparency, and calm communication at every appointment.
