Yes. All of our scans are non-diagnostic and use ultrasound technology that is widely used in routine pregnancy care. We follow best-practice safety guidelines and keep scan times appropriate for each stage of pregnancy.

No. Our scans are designed to complement your NHS maternity care, not replace it. You should continue to attend all NHS scans and antenatal appointments as planned.

Our scan packages are designed around pregnancy stages. Early Reassurance scans are suitable from 8–15 weeks, while our Wellbeing & Gender and Late Reassurance scans are available from 15 weeks onwards. Full guidance is provided when booking.

Yes, gender can usually be confirmed from 15 weeks as part of our Wellbeing & Gender scan, if you wish to know. As with all scans, this depends on baby’s position at the time.

Our scans are non-diagnostic, but if we have any concerns during your appointment, we will provide you with contact information and advise you to contact your NHS maternity team for further assessment.

Appointments can be booked easily online. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, our cancellation and refund policy will be clearly explained at the time of booking based on the services being booked.
